Review & Sign-Off Center
Independent review, clear conditions and an accountable launch decision.
How to review and sign
- Administrator: give the reviewer a normal site account. Create an assignment using that account's email address, the exact build/checkpoint version, scope and private evidence references.
- Reviewer: sign in with your assigned account. Open your assignment; request access to the report, policies, test results and supporting documents from LPS.
- Test and review the relevant scope. Mark every checklist item. Explain all exceptions, conditions and items marked not applicable in your evidence notes.
- Choose your decision, enter your professional credentials, type your name and consent to the electronic signature. Keep a printed PDF copy.
- Administrator: review all conditions. A new version or revised decision requires a new assignment. Obtain final release approval separately; signing does not automatically enable features.
This authenticated typed-name process records a scoped electronic review acknowledgment. Credentials are self-reported until LPS independently verifies them. It is not a DocuSign certificate, a SOC 2 report, or a guarantee of legal compliance. DocuSign is not connected. Do not paste sensitive client records into evidence notes; reference separately authorized documents.
